Default Best training program for learning MS Excel and Access

What training program would you recommend for learning MS Excel and Access?
I know how to use the products but I want something to learn advanced techniques, especially for data analysis.

What would you recommend? E.g. Lynda, ElementK or other training courses?

    Thanks

I've used Lynda products before and I have to say I've never been disappointed. They're always taught by knowledgeable and articulate individuals that really teach well. And what's great about the Lynda tutorials is that it's broken up into a bunch of chapters and subsections so you can quickly access specific lessons. I've learned a lot from what they have to offer!

Try and find Office 2010 training books for Office 2010 (hard copy books, not eBooks) If you can find them, that's great and you will enjoy the in-depth knowledge but otherwise Lynda tutorials alone will be good enough!

    Happy learning!! :)

Really nice online tutorials can be found at Tutorials From FunctionX. Not as in depth as a 400+ pages book, but they are good for starting with the fundamentals.

    Excel:
    2007 - Microsoft Excel Tutorials - FunctionX
    Access:
    2007 - Microsoft Office Access 2007 Lessons - FunctionX
    2010 - Microsoft Access 2010
