The motherboard is Lanoarty UT RDX200-CF-DR
Thanks for any help.

Only what motherboard you have isn't enough. We need to know for what you need the processor and the computer, how much you are willing to spend etc.
For starters, the motherboard uses socket 939 processors, so an athlon 64/fx/x2 will work. YOu need to decide on required performance and price, as a wide variety of athlons are available for the motherboard at various price ranges.
You can start here:
For normal:

Or specifically dual core:

Remember use this just as a starting place to find model nnumbers and do some research, and getting some benchmark results from people who already own them.

Well automatically you will be limited to AMD chipsets, that board is specifically made for socket 939, which is an older socket which was superseded by AM2. Because of this you will be looking for an older processor and limited in some ways. There are three main processor you will be able to use AMD Athlon 64 (3000+-4000+) Series, AMD Athlon 64 FX (51-60) Series and AMD Athlon 64 X2 (3600+-4800+) Series, some Opteron and Sempron processors will work but it is hit and miss, so I would try to stick with the above three. The Athlon 64 X2's are dual core's so if you can find any in the range of Series I gave above I believe they will be the fastest. The fastest single core processor supported by that motherboard is the FX 57. A lot of these you might have to find on ebay, however, some of these you can find on amazon for a decent price. I can't really recommend one because doing the research on prices and all the processors you can actually find would take a bit more time then I have.
Hope this helps.
If you need more help you can pm me or the person shadowbuild recommended. He will know this stuff also.
