    I've never had to do such a conversion, but probably this page helps

    Have you tried the one by ScanSoft? A lot of it really depends on the formatting of your PDF.

    Nitro PDF is the best PDF editing software I have used. It can create, edit, and convert PDF's to a variety of formats.

    Nitro PDF Professional

    It's pretty easy to find torrents for it.

    depends what you wanna use it for. and whether on a mac or pc. if you dont aim to batch process then full aacrobat will do best job.

    For a quick and easy conversion I have used the web service Zamzar before with some good results. Very nice site - they can convert tons of media and filetypes, not just documents! Probably not as robust as one of the software solutions listed above, but it's free and readily available!
