I have used Screen Grab and Screen Capture both are FireFox Addons and work very well.
ScreenGrab is good I am also using the same but webscreencapture has some serious issues.THe host keys it uses may match with your username (like in mine case) and its a little kinda browser,I will be sticking with ScreenGrab for now.
Using Screenrip32 easy and enough for me.
Currently, I am using Ashampoo Magical Snap... It's works like charm for me...
