Okay, I've had this computer for a while now and am thinking about upgrading some of the hardware. I would really appreciate it if you could give me some tips on things that I could upgrade.

Polarbears's question is completely right... first tell us what u want to use it for
for browsing, movies (not HD), chatting, photos etc it is ok.
If u r a gamer (a bit difficult with this computer), unfortunately you have to get a completely new rig.
For watching HD movies maybe it's better (and cheaper) to buy a dedicated media player (like xtreamer, or WD).
Pentium D's are quite hopeless, might as well put a discontinued C2D in it, some are floating around quite cheap right now.
Okay, I am always browsing the web on this computer, listening to music, and playing with programs.
I like to play a lot of WoW (World of Warcraft) and I plan on playing more games on this comp, but I need to get more used to the keyboard and mouse. Games that I would like to play on this comp are games like Fallout 3, Oblivion, Borderlands, Spore, Call of Duty Modern Warfare etc.
I watch A LOT of tv shows and movies. I always have my movies HD but my television series are usually smaller because of there numbers. Any input would help thanks.
You are going to need a tear out.
Upgrading your mobo to a AM3 socket and stick in a Athlon II x4 with 4GB DDR3 RAM and a 5750 would give you a medium range comp and wouldnt cost that much.
Links, prices, and descriptions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not very computer savvy when it comes to hardware.
If you will use It for games, It's good to upgrade(mobo, processor, video card). The top games requires more than your pc has.
You might want to just build a new computer, but if its games you're worried about then you'll need a new graphics card, you're CPU is just fine for whatever game you probably want to play.
Something like this might work. Newegg.com - POWERCOLOR AX4850 1GBD3-PH Radeon HD 4850 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
