Default Good Dual Monitor Graphic Card on a Budget

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU, right now I have a Geforce 8400 GS. I'm looking for something a bit better (and newer) that can handle dual monitors and windows 7. I don't really play any video games on my computer I mainly use the dual monitors for web development purposes (photoshop, dremweaver, illustrator...etc)

What you you rec as a good card but something thats not that expensive. Maybe I can find a good deal on it at a site like pricegrabber or something like that.

My computer specs: Intel Quad Core 2.40 GHz, 2GB Ram, 64 Bit OS, Windows vista/7 dual boot

Well u said you were on a buget so i thing a nvidia GeForce 295 GTX is out of the question (it's about 400$ i believe - depending where you live)so how about upgrading it to a 9000 something series like 9500 GT.

Now that the ATI 5000 series is out, the 4000 series just got cheaper.

A 4850 or 4870 is going to probably be your best bet. If you want benchmark comparisons for different cards, just google something like "HD 4870 vs gtx 265", and look for some benchmark reviews on tomshardware or similar sites.

I would recommend the 4850 as well. I have the ASUS Top 4850 512. I run a 23 inch widescreen hdmi, and a 19inch DVI with zero problems and has handled any gaming I've done with it thus far. Should be well under 200 bucks by now.

I actually got my dad's hand-me-down Radeon 4600, which is apparently only $70USD right now. Works great for gaming, and I have it set up with 2x 24" Samsung monitors. Gaming looks pretty good on it as well.
