Default whspr.me: Receive e-mails without revealing your e-mail address

whspr.me is a website that allows users to receive e-mails from other people without revealing their e-mail address. I've used it before, and I was wondering what any of the T-I admins thought about it.

Some people might be worried about revealing their e-mail address through T-I when people are already afraid of infiltration from trackers, so I'm sure people might want to use it here. I've used it before, and it's pretty easy to set up and use.

Just thought I'd put it out there for other T-I users.

wow pretty cool service. I only knew of services where you can access every mailbox publicly, like mailinator.com. But you cannot use them with sensitive information. I think I will try this one out.
    thanks mate

    UPDATE:
read their information on the website. I thought you would get on E-Mail form them, but you get a web form which will be sent to your mail. Too bad ....

the system is good, but i think easily crackable.

you "register" your mail address there and get a link. post the link instead of your real e-mail address. the guy replying automatically sends the letter to whspr.me, witch thenforwards it to your real e-mail.

if i understand it right, THE LETTERS ARE STORED IN THEIR SYSTEM !?!?! <<< me dont like it xD , but i guess it will have to do for now.

    *bookmarked it

There's no reply feature. The sender's e-mail address is revealed to you. That's the main drawback of the system. Whspr.me is only a re-mailer; it doesn't store any messages.

that´s wishful thinking. you never know what kind of system they have. better trust nobody and if you do trust someone, go in the corner shivering like a baby and hope non goes wrong

im just kidding. i bookmarked it but i wont use it regularly. actually i keep all my IMPORTANT mail addresses secret. get a new mail account for risky stuff !!!

    better fear than burn.
    paranoia is NOT always bad.
