Ok guys,thanks for all you posts! just loaded up my 64bit software and wow,what a difference now. Its so much smoother and faster i have to say!. All drivers are working great and no issues at all,why i didn't go 64bit sooner i will never know,brilliant system. I will have fun checking this baby out today.
If you have 4gb ram the 64bit OS so you can use your ram up. 64bit will make your pc faster when your multitasking, i've seen an improvement in my pc so :P

i dont think it really matters. I have x32 software and x64 software on my x64 computer, and they run fine.
