Thread: What is your most hated language?

Now when I say language I don't mean French, English, Spanish, etc. I mean Programming Language.

So tell me your most hated programming language and why it is your most hated.

Mine is Assembly... Why? Because although it is probably simple to learn and understand (After a while) it gives me a headache with all the space and the JMPS and such. When programming gives me a headache by just trying to learn it.... I begin to go .

COBOL, easily. Assembly isn't too bad if you're working with a newer architecture

not really a programmer, but RPG is the most bizarre language I've used. WTF, IBM?

I hate assembler ... Pascal is good and easy .

I'm a c++ programmer by heart. I have been writing c++ for 10+ years. I could speak in c++ :laugh:

My most hated programming language is: Visual Basic, not because of the language itself, but the many problems created by its runtime library and the many exceptions it throws outside user/programmer control.

I loathe Visual Basic so much. I'm taking a programming class in school right now and Everybody whose taken the course already says it sucks also but they said C++ is alot better so I know which programming class I'm talking next year.
