    Default Boxee Box

Boxee Boxes, searched and didn't find anything related to this. With these new TV trackers I am now looking into setting up a boxee box for all of my TV needs. I see a few how to's on the net but I am not looking for how to build a PC as I can already do that. I am interested in the hardware that community members here use based on performance and decibles. While having a screaming machine is nice, have a quiet media box by my TV is even more nice. So let's hear it, what have you used to build your boxee/hulu box.

I don't know if it's related but I've read that the EGreat EG-M34A is pretty nice:
    EG-M34A Features
EGreat EG-M34A High-definition Network Media Tank (NMT)
Deflixious Digital Media Players - EGreat EG-M34A Networked Media Tank

It can play all the mkv you feed it, download bittorrent, play youtube, etc.

I'm planning on building a Boxee box soon to replace my aging NMT Popcorn Hour.

Hardware wise I am looking at a Zotac GF9300-ITX board, core2duo CPU and a probably 2 or 4 GB RAM powered by a PicoPSU. All the connections you need for a media box are all on the motherboard.

The other option is a Nvidia ION box which apparently works well for Boxee on Linux.

I will definitely have to look into the Nokia ION then, anything that will play well with linux, namely gentoo. Anybody else?
