Would you recommend windows 7 for a 32 bit machine?

I've been using windows 7 RC and about five other previous beta releases on 3 of my machines. I highly recommend it for both 32 bit and 64 bit. Even if you are restricted to 32 bit because of your processor, it is going to run way better than vista. It takes up very little RAM too, depending on how much you have. I have 8 GB on my primary machine, and it only takes up about 1.5 GB at start up. After running for a few days it does use around 7GB though. :(

Really though, you should try it out while it is free to use. Not that you wouldn't just download it anyways once it is for sale.....

Windows XP is a lot better than Windows Vista, a lot of people know that
When Windows Vista came out, it was very buggy, and unsecure, and the drivers for XP were incompatible with Vista
So, it earnt itself a bad reputation, as time went on, Windows fixed Vista, but it kept its bad reputation
So, Windows XP was always going to be better than Vista, even if Vista could make your computer fly

In my opinion, Vista wasn't a bad O/S, but it was knowhere near as good as XP

Windows 7 is what Windows Vista should have been like, it is like a rebranded version of Vista, with some tweaks

I still prefer XP, even though Windows 7 runs a bit faster on my system
The reason for this is simply because, XP is more professional
Windows 7 feels like a clone of MAC, but XP feels unique, it feels like a Microsoft product, which is why I'm using it on all 6 PC's in my house at the moment

I think Windows 7 is suitable as for 64 bit pc's as for 32 bit pc's.
It's simple to istall, these testing period is free, so i think is all arround a good OS.

Maybe we'll have to wait for it's SP release ;-) but yeah, i would use it on 32 bit pc.
