Thread: Best to DVD converter software

Svcd2dvd is better than ConvertX. Gives a better picture quality wise but takes longer. It's also harder to make cool menus with and harder to find cracked copies of it.

But for simplicitys sake, COnvertX is easier, takes less time and has easier menu building. Just a lesser quality picture.

ConvertXtoDVD. AVIXDVD is a good program too

I am using VSO ConvertXtoDVD. It's very easy and fast to use. I heard about Dvd Shrink (or something like that) But I have never tried. :-(

Dvd Shrink is a ripping program and does not convert video files. Very good program though, but they stopped updating it awhile ago.

As for the best converting program, i have to say convertx without a doubt is the best i ever used. For the most part it depends on how good the original file is. No matter what program u use, if u have a bad quality video, the output is gonna be bad on all video conversion programs. U can not get better quality from the original file. So that said, comparing convertx as an all around program with others, i feel its the best. I cant say its better then the programs i never used before though. I specifically love how u can use convertx as a batch program & can convert as many movies u want at the same time. I convert up to 6 movies at bed time and when i wake up they're all finished. I love convertx and think its one of the best software ever made.

i searched for a long time for something better than convertx and i sure didnt find anything

VSO it has to be the easiest one out there
