Thread: Best utorrent version?

I'm hearing a lot of 2.04 and 1.8.2.

I'm at 2.2.1. The version right before they introduced that strange thing that capped my upload.

Yes 2.2.1. works great Download uTorrent 2.2.1 Build 25130 - FileHippo.com i haven't seen tracker that won't support uTorrent 3.0 is crap so much useless features at least for that users that only use their client for seeding and downloading. 2.2.1 works best for me great performance my upload work at full speed

Btw don't forget to disable DHT and local peer discovery when you install it...
also if you like to check how to make uTorrent portable http://torrentfreak.com/utorrent-portable/ very easy and it work the same as if you have installed version.

All versions is the same but i prefer 2.2.0 it's the best

I am personally using 1.8.5 but 2.2.1 is great too IMO.

1.8.2 Build 14458 is the one I've been using for a long time and 0 problems.

1.8.x / 2.2.x are also very secure and stable. Avoiding 3.x versions is a MUST.

what build# of 2.2.1 are you'll using?
I'm currently using 2.0.4 (21586) - I'm gonna try out 2.2.1 I tried out version 3 when it was out, god it's just horrid what they've done to it now.

i use 1.6.1 utorrent version .... its the best from all the rest :) ...

another vote for uTorrent 2.2.1 and i dont think i'll be upgrading soon since they have been adding bloatware features to the client.
