What you think about Dell xps 17, HP Pavilion DV7 and Acer Aspire 4750G Core i7.. Which one is good for me ..? I don't care battery life. i want a less heating laptop.. also i'll connect the laptop to 55 inc samsung 8 series 3D HDTV..

    edit2:
HP Pavilion DV7 design is so beautifull. i really like to buy it.. will i get best perfomance when i connect HP Pavilion DV7 to 55 inch samsung 8 series HDTV...? i'm watching 720p videos. tv shows , movies etc.. my dv7

    Please see the reviews below:

HP Envy 17 3D Review - Watch CNET's Video & Read Our Review

Toshiba Qosmio X775-3DV78 3D Laptop Review - Watch CNET's Video & Read Our Review

Acer Aspire Ethos AS8951G Review - Watch CNET's Video & Read Our Review

Well Judging from the information u have provided above and assuming u wont be playing games and that u need to be using the laptop for 10-15 hrs a day and u have mobility problems then u should go for ------Acer Aspire Ethos (due to its long battery life and easy mobility)

But if you are looking for performance and and not worry about battery recharging a "heavy machine" with less flashy outlooks as compared to HP and Acer then --- Toshiba qosmio x 775 3D

I wouldn't go for HP as it lacks performance and battery life so no pros for me in this laptop. Also i dont full file your needs for performance.

But, just as a suggession if it were me i would go for either "Maingear PC | Custom Built Laptops Tailored To Your Needs" or Choose your Custom High-Performance Laptop | ORIGIN PC

Origin's would have won, 3 hdd bay a desketop processor in a laptop (easy to upgrade ).

    Cheers mate hope this helps

I also want to help this

    Newegg.com - Thermaltake Massive23 LX Notebook Cooler Model CLN0015

that can also help you reduce the heat.

Dell is the worst brand out there for laptops.

I would pick HP Pavilion DV7

Have you considered buying a desktop? Because, it seems like you are concern about performance and hard-drive size but not battery life and portability of the laptop. You haven't mentioned your budget; from the laptops you have picked, I would say +$1500? with this money you can get an awesome pc "if you can build it yourself " and cheap laptop.. if you must have one hehe

Have a look at the reviews :

Hp Pavilion DV7 --- HP Pavilion dv7-1025nr Overview & User Reviews - Laptops - CNET Reviews

    Dell xps 17 ---- Dell XPS 17 3D - Stereoscopic 3D laptops - CNET Reviews

    Aspire 4750g i7 ---- Acer Aspire 4750G-2632G50Mnkk - Notebookcheck.net External Reviews

Ok since battery life is not your issue here, and u are looking for a good performance laptop IMO u should see go for Aspire 4750g i7 if money is not a that big of an issue. But remember in the above review there is not 3D compatible model that has been reviewed for it.

Why is it important is because above Aspire is most expensive of the current 3 u have mentioned and if u see the reivew Dell xps17 u will find that its 3D screen is not as gimmiacay

    "
Dell's XPS 17 3D is for those who want a powerful media and gaming 17-inch laptop, but in a more aesthetically upscale package than offered by Dell's Alienware brand. The stereoscopic 3D is gimmicky, but a certain breed of PC gamer will love it. "

But since you already have a 55" samsung 8 series HDTV 3D and my word of advice to you is go for Dell Xps 17 as is it s a good performance laptop with decent price.

So the bottem line is budget friendly with good performance and 3D screen: Dell xps 17
Top of the line with a good performance and not having a 3D screen: Acer Aspire 4750g

At the end of the day choice is yours to make.

Why not just get yourself a dell alienware and have done with it as theres no laptop around with better specs than the latest laptop from them 32gb memory .......man what does any 1 seriously need 32 gb ram for also hdd aint a problem as u can buy external as ive never seen a laptop with a hdd bigger than 500gb -1tb certainly never seen 1 with 2-4tb in so rxternal is the way ....I would also listen to ops i built my pc for less than 600usd and it does every thing i need or want it to,

Well if u had gone through the review links i provided, u would have clearly known that it doesn't have good performance.
Why do you think i only gave u 2 as my choice and even justified it.

    cheers

You might consider the AMD A8 processor powered laptops as well. They are pretty competitive to the i7s and will easily playback 720p video. Of course the i7s will have no problem with this either. Just another option to consider.
