Yes its windows 7. I'm using a program called rainmeter to customize it. None of them are widgets you get with windows though. The top portion is called rocketdock. You can add, drop, and customize icons and programs to add there. Its basically a taskbar but looks cooler.

I have seen crazy ones on that site before. Best part is that none of this eats up your cpu usage.

Really? but you are sitting at +50% cpu usage while taking that screenshot. I do not know what is running in the background but my experience with these software that all of them will eat up your resources.. it just that some of them are a little better than others hehe

Oh yea sorry for the confusion lol. I was running three different tabs in google chrome, itunes and utorrent so that was probably it. I do admit I have a newer computer but most people do as well. I remember doing this on my old desktop and it did slow it down somewhat but newer computers these days should have no problem. I usually get 1-2% when idling.

    This is just utorrent running

    Intel i3 370M @ 2.4 GHZ
    500GB HDD
    ATI Radeon 5650
4GB RAM.....so I guess I have an above average computer but nowhere crazy.
and I used to have DSL but recently upgraded to FiOS and it makes an enormous difference. Went from downloading at 100kbps to 4mbps.

btw WindMaker, I saw that you are a doctor. Do you mind me asking how well you did in college? I am looking at a career as a PA or physician. Still a bit iffy on what to do.
