    Default Possible to install transsmision or other torrentclient without Superuser on Fedora?

    Is it possible install a torrent client without Superuser status on Fedora? I have the AlwaysonPC app on my android and it is basically like a vps, but it turns off when you exit the app, and you don't have superuser abilities. But it has very fast internet speeds, so I'm wondering if it can be used as a seedbox So is it possible to install or run a torrent client without being a superuser on Fedora? I know its possible on windows. Sorry if I'm such a noob.
