Your question is somewhat vague. There is no one cure all and the answer will depends on several things that you did not describe such as the presumed cause of the bad sectors + the file system involved. The ideal software to image a failing drive is different than you might choose to use to address a isolated incident of finding a few bad sectors.
For ad hoc use, I find GRC Spinrite to be quite impressive. It works very well but you may have to let it run overnight to do an inclusive scan. For impending drive failures, you might see better success imaging a drive with a aggressive/recursive imaging program like r-studio.

Sorry that I can't recommend any software but I do suggest that you backup any important data on that drive in case of a complete failure. The drive could be dying although even brand new drives can have some bad sectors apparently.
