I think your ideas are definitely worthy of consideration by inviters when running giveways, but in terms of an easy to integrate change that would not require the giveaway rules to be changed otherwise, I still believe my suggestion has merit.

i totally agree,but how should they prove their location other then a speedtest which can easily be faked or from a distanced location?
