Thread: User of the week - please comment !!

I was thinking how to attract people to this site and come out with a "brilliant" idea. So, the "user of the week" would be the person with the most giveaways, posts (no spam), and rep points received that week. The winner would be announced on Sunday. We would vote, or maybe Dave should pick the winner.


There would be some kind of "pot with prize/s" in which, admin or someone else, would place nice gifts, such as invites to high level trackers, seedboxes, accounts and much more... The main idea is to revive this forum in which will be win/win situation, nobody loses, everyone gets something IF they keep themselves active in this community.

although i think user of the month is a little bit more feasible

i don't have tracker invite trees you know...

i dont know how you understood it, but i thought that user of the week should get prizes from the pot. these arent 2 suggestions but 1, although i shouldnt separate them :)

oh and others would give some invites, not just you 8)

or maybe every UOTW would get some minor prize, and @ the end of the month we would have lottery between 4 winners for some bigger prize.

i'll participate with 3 revtt invites. they'll go to the user of the month (3 months, 3 users) - i'll choose them. but if they've already got bitmetv invite from you, they're excluded (i want to extend number of the winners).
