Default Change the description on the sub forum low invites

    currently it says

    Low Level Giveaways (1 Viewing)
Come here for all your low level giveaways the includes Iptorrents Demonoid and More!

Demonoid is only allowed in the mid level so this might be confusing for new members.

What we could do is make the post limit on low level invites 5 posts or something and move the demonoid invites back there.

The reason they moved them to low level is because of fools like this YouTube - Free Demonoid Invitation Code Tutorial (This Works!) but by setting a post limit it would stop this.

If we really wanted to put demonoid back where it belongs - in the low level section - you could just have a thread where users request demonoid invites and members fill it when they get around to it (as opposed to posting codes in the thread). This method would be safer especially now that demonoid has the username as part of the invite code.

And of all the things to do, putting a 5 post threshold on the low level invites section would only increase incentive to spam.

I suppose I will make the new thread now. I was going to add a spoiler mod or something of the sort so the user could hide the invites in a spoiler tag (in which registered users would be able to click 'show spoilers') but I suppose what airman is saying will work as well. I have Created a new thread in which the new set of rules are in effect.

    Thread closed.
