Thread: Make The Chopping Block Private!

Hi All,

Currently, anyone can view the chopping block. This is a great risk to users like me who are falsely accused of something, because then all your information is exposed and you can end up being banned on a different site. I want to keep everyone else safe from this, and I think that the only way we can do that is by making the subforum private.

Couldn't agree more. It's actually quite alarming how much of this forum you can access when you're not logged in or registered.
I think the only sections non registered users should have access to is the couch, e-zone and off topic, nothing more.

I completely agree. I am putting a suggestion into Dave regarding this immediately. At the very least, the block should be private. That's no ones business but the contributing members of T-I.

Hmmm. Kind of makes sense. False accusations've been lately a plague here. But on the other hand.. what does 'private' mean? Anyone can be dragged down there, so you can't e.g. say that you need to be at least 33% or 55% to enter, for example. So how do you see that?

So you guys (and girls) are saying it's accessible without logging in? That sucks. Diddn't know that (I almost never log out). Naturally it should be hidden from the outside world.

Adenai, you should log out and then browse the forums, you can see the low level invites, chopping block....

I think 55% and above should be able to see it.
I agree, many false accusations.

We definitely need to have the chopping block go private right away for security purposes.
