Thread: Should there be a trader section?

I dont think so.Its not good for the site.
cause traders take other invites too from inviters and we are "in danger" to get banned.
So if we leave the trade section we should decide that traders only trade and the other can only give and recieve invites.



Finally if we close trade section i believe that trading would not stop cause "they" know who are the traders and they will keep sending pm's each other and they will keep trading.This will not stop them unless they are out of here.

First i voted yes but now if i think about it i think it's better if not

Reason:

Traders will never giveaway their high level invites even if the trade section is disabled. They will just go to another forum and use this site only to get some invites from the giveaways

I voted yes just because if there isn't an organized way of trading, it wont stop people from trading and trading will continue anyway so you may as well attempt to keep the system as organized as possible.

I believe it can stop completely and those that attempt to on the site will get banned. Tell me how many commited members come out of the trading section? I could count them on one hand. lol. Its a section that requires no loyalty to the site whatsoever.

As mikpatkeo said, we need to refine the trade system, not get rid of it. I don't trade and never plan to but there are two main reasons I can think of to keep the trade system around. First, if people want to trade, they should be able to. It's not hurting anyone but themselves. Second and more importantly, if people stay here and trade, we know which users are just looking for accounts to trade.... if we get rid of the trade section, users will come here, get invites, and go elsewhere to trade them where we won't be able to see what kind of person they are.

The only problem about your first reason is yes people should be able to post trades but check the chopping block, So many problems come from it. Yeah people should but there should be more redefining to this section. Can people post ideas to help this process out. We want to make this section about contributing to the site, not a leech to it.

Its hurting everyone if they keep getting invites and not just trading.
Cause lets say i give an invite to someone not trader.then lets say this guy gets his invites from the tracker i gave him and gives them to someone who trades..What will happen if he cheats or get caught trading?
I will just simply loose my invites or ban..
