Thread: Show user's status in their profile page.

Hello T-I!
This is my first suggestion so I hope I'm doing it the right way.

So, what I would like to suggest is that the "status bars" (don't know what to call them) of a member show up in their profile page, under the user's name (where currently all we see is the green rep bars).
I've edited a screenshot of my profile and this is how it would look like: Edited screenshot

And that's it. Don't get me wrong, I don't think this is something that is necessary or should be done right away, I simply thought it would be a cool feature

Yep, this has been suggested a few times. It was originally like that in older versions of T-I, but was not implemented in this newer version since the mod couldn't port over. It's similar to what Vegas explained in this thread here: http://www.torrent-invites.com/sugge...ml#post1020184

So, you like the suggestion, the problem is implementing it. Is that it? :)

Yes, if it's possible in some point in time, Vegas will likely install the mod.

I miss that function as well. I believe it was built into v3, but vbulletin removed it from v4. Either that or it was part of a customized theme. There's no pre-made hack for it, so we'll have to manually edit the templates. I'll take a look to see how difficult it is...


EDIT: Just made some tweaks that appear to working properly. Let me know if anyone notices a problem.

Not sure if you're still tinkering with it, but the postbits does not align with the username and the progress bar. It would look better if it did.

Good stuff though. Now I don't have to find someone's post to determine their progress level.
