Thread: 1 TL/SCC invite for the best utorrent config, on gbit

Hello.
I have a windows server, gbit, but i have low speed's because my utorrent configuration is poor.
I want a great configuration to download and upload at great's speeds.
I am offering a TL invite for the best.
and if it is a very good setup and worked fine on my server, I offer scc invite ;)

Your utorrent specifications will depend on your server and ISP connection.
Generally the best thing to do is have an hight number off connections 500 is a good number, an hight number of peers 70 is a good number and a medium number of upload slots, 40 should be enougth.

If you want to get the more of your download, limiting your upload can help sometimes because you only traffic for download (this is only when the network has an high traffic)

The upload usually goes to the maximum because the ISP only care about the download, that's what increases the traffic in the network.

it's an ovh server.
anw, the speed's stay low :s

What's the bandwith of the server? I never heard about OVH, but if you have your traffic forwarding from your DNS server correctly you should'nt be having problems. Have you done the port forwarding configuration? This helps if you are bewind some firewall.

What edition of windows?

i had low download and upload speeds with utorrent so if its an option try using at least 1 day bitcomet last version, works for me

when you have problems with speed must thing about this












that is all bout speed problems comes from utorrent every thing else that you must check your router
another thing the port does not have anything to do with download quickly, but only upload.

use the speed guide and use uk london as a test server and save those settings.
I also use OVH server on a 100mbit port and i get up to 10MB download an 5-7MB/s upload on certain torrents.
