50% of the original weight is lost
I would like a passthepopcorn invite :)
explanation: 99% of the weight is water, we're assuming that only the water evaporates, that would mean that we go to a situation where the 1% weight we had in the beginning, is now worth 2% of the total weight, meaning that we lost 50% of the initial weight (all in water).

That's a good one, I have no clue.
For some reason I want to say 'none' that the weight stayed the same, even though I know logically that's not right.
