[SCT]New TI vbulletin theme
Hey guys we've had our current theme for a while now and we were looking for a new one.
I'd like to offer it to you guys first before we turn to paying for a custom one.
If anyone is any good with vbulletin theming, and is willing to create and code the new theme, please step forward.
Winner gets a scenetorrents invite.
Make it compatible with 3.7.2 for now.
