Step 1: Using TRANSLATOR, BINARY copy all the text to Dec/Char and click Decode. In the "Text" box you will get data which is in base64, so you copy all that into base64 and click decode and you get HEX in the Text box..so copy that to the HEX box and hit decode, you get BINARY and then decode that you will get the first code below.
The order is: Dec/Char -> base64 -> HEX -> Binary -> Code
