Hey everyone,
If anything this contest was created to encourage posting. Here's helpful advice for everyone. Once you get to 200 posts do not just stop posting because you got an email address. I would encourage everyone to try to post a lot regardless of whether or not there is a contest with a nice prize. Sadly though I can guarantee that at least half the people who get to 200 posts will take their email address and then they'll start posting wayyyy less often afterwards.

It seems that usually all these contests end up doing is creating spam for 2 or 3 days then inactivity afterwards.

Just helpful advice. =] Helpful for the community and the admins/mods.

i thought this comp is why there will be none of these spammy posts?

The prize is on going so its not like its anything special

and by giving them a email address with our domain... well that will mean more advertising for us =D

heh well you'd think that but it seems that a lot of people would probably be in a rush to get to 200 so they might be influenced to spam in order to get there quickly. I don't know, it's just human nature I guess?
