You were still promising things you couldn't keep. It's something you shouldn't do, or at least something I personally totally don't agree with. Not that it's literally quite spam, for me it definitely falls under the same category! You just made a scam...
Also that way that you used mostly only brings the worst of the worst... I already started thinking where those creeps started coming from that almost almost immediately have gotten banned... These are not the people you want.
And also those rules are there for a reason and not just to get what you want, not to be bothered by it when you have profit from it and break them when you can get any gain from it. It's not about the rule, but about the reason that go's behind it. You don't do those things to people, you are not the only one around. It's just simply plain rude. And there only comes more trouble with it...
