Very first bulletpoint in the competition rules states:
Competitions must be free from any commercial interest or gain to the holder. Examples of commercial interest would be asking people to sign up to pay sites, buy items, fill out surveys, or sign up for newsletters.
If you can somehow prove that this free from commercial interest, I am happy to listen, but for now I'm closing the thread. Feel free to PM me or catch me on IRC.
