    Default Tracker hosting

    Was thinking of creating a tracker (ive done this small scale before), and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on which webhost i should use, and which country to have the server located at? At first im not looking for anything dedicated, so shared should be fine until i start growing a userbase, and of course ill need PHP, and MySQL on Apache.

    Its a movie only tracker...i got it up and running with a few people helping - looking for one more person to help - need someone that knows PHP/MySQL. PM me if interested.
