yesterday one is banned today is the other that is:c onfused1:,the thread in the chopping blocked disappear:confuse d1:
one mod banned and other change the veredict?
i think the users have the right to now what happened...even if i was defending the wrong guy...
just my 2 cents...

Good work. I need to know as well. Why is luv.inviter banned when he was clearly not at fault. It's like adding kerosene to fire, poor fellow was scammed and then gets the ban stick.

and why was d3lit3's account name changed? He had two negative feedbacks and both of those were removed as well.

I think the least the admins and mods can do is give us some explanation as to what they did about the matter.

i repeat that i´m not interested in death penalties...if i was wrong i´m man enough to say it,but many things were done that in other cases were not(thread delete,name change during a possible scam,one mod banned one user and other revoge the decision...).
all this with a user that already have some suspicious cases,i remenber also that user ignis reafirmed that have a similar case outside this forum with d3lit3 or r.a.g.e.
i would like to repeat that is just my opinion and you all have to agree that is all very....different,no?

ok heres what happened.

It had nothing to do with this forum.

None of this took place here. This was confirmed with zero pms being sent or recieved from luv before the incident occured.

Further more, delite got a namechange because it matched his username elsewhere just bad timing.

His two neg itraders were deleted because tat previous claim was invalid. If you read the entire thread you'll find out why. I banned the two, but forogot to delete delites eg itrader.

Furthermore, delite is on probation. Since pro.luv was being an idiot and did not accept his torrentleech account back i.e. he only wanted to make trouble and force a scenetorrents invite from delite, i overuled qazaa's decision, banned luv and reinstated delite.

delite, will remain reinstated for 2 days until he gives away the torrentleech account that he gained fom this misadventure.

if he does succesfully give it away, he will not be punished. (except his password will automatically expire every 2 weeks so that only he remains in control of his account...)

if he doesn't he'll be banned for life also.

I see no reason to start flaming delite for something, that frankly happened outside this forum, and was not his fault in the first place.

I would also like people to note, i am not in anyway connected, with him.

if i´m understanding right,this toke place,but just not here right?
i´m not flaming the guy...but is to much weird things(or bad timing...),he his really a bad luck guy scammed and acused by 3...and always innocent...damn...
LUV_INVITER was banned for being a idiot and for not accepted the TL invite?
i hope my opinion is not reason for ban me,i following the advice,and post in general discussion.
you have to agree that the all thing is very strange,no?
and in a place that DEAL is almost the main word...

I had trouble understanding what you just wrote.

Thread was deleted because there was a lot of flaming and stupidity going on.

This took place in another forum and was brought over here.

I can only request delite to give back the tl invite, (as his brother scammed it not him)

This has been done. (luv rejected the offer preferring to argue about it here)

He now can give the tl to someone deserving in the community, or get out.

if the case took place out of this forum...and if i understand right that was the reason RAGE was not ban,no?

rage was not banned to allow him to redeem himself...

by giving the tl to you guys. the fact that it took place outside of this forum is why he isnt banned from here.

though it may be true that he got scammed by rage's brother rage has made an attempt to re salvage it by giving the tl back.

because if the reason for not ban RAGE was that this thing happened outside...LUV_INVITER was banned why?
