Thread: GT5

Anybody play Gran Turismo 5?

I did, as soon as I reached the high levels where you have to buy these outrageously expensive cars just for one race, I gave up.

I know what you mean. The makers took 6 years to make the damn thing and in many respects it has less features than GT4. However, when it comes to driving feel this game has it down! You can't really get the sensation until you buy a steering wheel for it. Once you do, you will be amazed at how the cars handle.

I tried it with a keyboard and lets say that i wasnt impressed

i use to love GT4 had the logitech wheel and it was awesome sold my PS3 so never got to try GT5. in recent years ive become a forza fan

Yeah, I had the same problem. I have a few amazing cars, but now that I'm about done, I have trouble willing myself to pick up the controller to work on those final races. If they had maybe given GT5 the feel and layout of GT4 Id be more excited about GT5 now.
