Standard transmission is for:
1) People who actually enjoy driving (assuming the car is worth enjoying to drive!?!)
2) People who want to get the most out of their old car
Automatic transmission is for:
1) People who just want to get to point A to point B (i.e commuters not drivers)
2) People who want a new vehicle every 2-5 years.
TLDR: old cars with automatic transmission suck. New cars with automatic transmission are o.k. if you are a commuter rather than a driver (if you don't know the difference you are a commuter). New cars with manual will be more responsive, longer lasting, more fun and more aggravating than the others. So have fun making your choice!?!

Manual, forever! i control the car, and its better in use and its not THAT! boring... and less dmd caused and your not beeing controled by the car :P.
