    Default Mazda Rx-7

Having looked through the whole car part of the forum, I was sadly disappointed to see no-one paying tribute to my favourite car, a car which as of a few days ago i now own!

She drives like a beast and has unbelievable handling and acceleration. A real head turner.

Whats anyone's thoughts on this piece of motoring magic?

Mazda is amazing, but I always prefer Nissan or Mitsubishi more ... Besides, Evo series is kinda cheap in our country .. where Mazda costs a fortune!!

A lot more!! And here is why: Both Nissan and Mitsubishi (also Toyota) has their licensed Dealer in our country, these Dealers has plenty of resellers. So they bring the cars in a quantity and at a cheap price. But Mazda has no re-representative, so you want a mazda/BMW/Mercedes, you will have to ship it in, pay a lots of taxes and shipment costs, plus you will be marked by Tax-Department!!

Evo GT-pro (limited customized edition) is only 28 Thousand USD in our country (2000000 in our currency), Toyota Alien costs half of that ... where you will have to pay at least 8-10 Thousand USD just for shipping a elite car. Guess the rest.

i was talking about the FD series. they only made it in rhd form. `(
FD series costs about 10 000 euros in finland. and the worse part of it all is that there aren't any specialists for tuning rotor engines (not that i know of).

I love the RX7...especially the FC. Have you guys ever seen the anime Initial D? Nice series to watch. Lots of drift!
