    I just sold a Volvo 960 I owned for a year. I would not recommend that model. Weird rear suspension (transversely mounted fiberglass leaf spring anyone?) was hard to sort out. Engine had good power though. Have to be careful about the timing belt - an interference engine design like on the 960 will bend valves and what-not if the belt breaks, and the repair will cost more than the car is worth.
