Thread: Favourite Drive & Why

I think I'm lucky living where I do, not having an upper speed limit and one of the worlds most famous road racing circuits on my doorstep.

We all live in different places but which is your favourite drive/ride and what vehicle would you most like to use?

When I was home this summer I took out my mom's convertible BMW 135i down to Mt. Rainier National Park in Washington. Absolutely beautiful views and curvy roads with a beautiful car. Most definitely my most favorite drive I've been on in my life.

my 900v-twin on the Natchez trace. on a bike you can finish in half the time, but you'd better watch out for deer.

drive to coorg and drive to araku valley is the best coz of scenic beauty

I have to say my favorite ride was back when I lived in New England going through CT through the Merit Parkway with all the tight curves and no commercial traffic was awesome, would love to be able to try this run, in a Lamborghini, but it would have to be convertible

anywhere out of the city! currently just learning so i don't drive too much,but city driving sux :\

One of my favorite drives is down Lake Shore Drive in Chicago in the summertime. I love the long, winding road and the scenic view of the lake. I also love playing the double the speed limit game - Lake Shore Drive is much more fun at 70 MPH than it is at 35 :P

The Pacific Coast Highway drive is amazing

i don't have favorite road but i like driving out of the city in my Ford Focus Zx4 :)
