Thread: Koenigsegg CCX

Don't know if anyone has heard of this car.

One of the nicest cars I've ever seen and was manufactured by a car manufacturer Koenigsegg from Sweden. What really caught my mind is that the car is very light, it's built from carbon fiber. The engine was built by koenigsegg themselves, Twin super charged, 4.7 liter V8, and develops 806 break horse power.($1,018,000 for the 1,018-hp E85 version )



I want one it's priced around Around $700,000-$1,000,00.

wo wo wo man. some heavy stuff :) and ofcourse pretty much expensive too. i dont think i can get my hands on one any soon lol. But best of luck to you mate i hope you get one soon. sure has a huge price tag.

Damn that is a sick car.

Hopefully it will be in Forza 3, because that'll be the closest I'll ever get to driving it.

Do you know how expensive Ethanol is to run in a car?

Even if you are rich. If you want those 1000 HP out of the CCXR (which is the 1000 hp version and not the CCX) be ready to throw away some huge amounts of money

Yeah I've heard about how expensive it is to run Ethanol, and its the sacrifice I'm going to have to make if i ever inherit money from the family lol.

Sweden? Isn't Koenigsegg from Norway, or they manufacture them in Sweden? Anyway, read about the guy that started all this, about his background(or it was his fathers,can't recall) and I must admit it's something really impressive he has done. Credz to him.

The Koenigsegg CCX is a mid-engined roadster from Swedish car manufacturer Koenigsegg. The CCX has been engineered to comply with the U.S. regulation and market demands[2] and is an evolutionary design that replaced the Koenigsegg CCR.

Didn't do any huge digging, but picked that up up at wiki, Also it's known in Sweden for it being Swedish, not sure, I might be wrong, along with wiki xD
