    Hey Guys,

Ok so I'm back again,as you all know I have become a dad for the 2nd time so I'd like to share the moment my life changed...for the 2nd time.

The day was Wednesday 15th of September, the time was 3:00am.I awoke to find my girl friend walking out the room and going down the stairs.I shouted to her "You ok darling" she replied "yher I'm fine just getting a drink" I drifted back to sleep.

I was then awoken just 30 minuets later to her shouting "Shaun I think I'm in labour".I got dressed and ran down the stairs,She was perched across the settee breathing heavily she was definitely in labour. My mind began to race and my belly was filled with butterfly's again,I quickly picked up my mobile and called Gemma's mum.I had to do this first as my little girl was in bed and she was coming round to look after her.I then rang the midwife at the hospital to tell them they would be expecting us,bye this time Gemma was having contractions 3 minuets apart!.The midwife told us to ring 999 immediately,so I did.The ambulance arrived around 4:00am.

We travelled in the ambulance to a hospital about 20 miles from us,by this time Gemma was in extreme pain. The ambulance guys actually said to me when we arrived at the hospital, that the thought they would have to stop at the side of the road and deliver the baby her contractions were that close

So we got to the hospital at 4:30am and was taken to the delivery suite, the midwife's on night watch came and checked her over, she was 6cm dilated.Gemma was in terrible pain and asked the midwife for pethidine(she loved this last time). The midwife responded with "I don't think you need pethidine darling your about to have him".The time was now 4:50am and the midwife checked her again, she was now 9cm dilated and her contractions became unbearable for her and she shouted "I need to push!".

At 5:05am just 35 minuets after entering the hospital,Gemma gave birth to our beautiful baby boy,he weighed 6pound 15 ounces. My eyes were streaming with tears I was so proud of her,the most amazing thing was she did this without any pain relief which is incredible.

So once again my life was changed forever when my 2nd bundle of joy was born.I am now proud to say that I'm a 2 time daddy.Baby Bradley is doing well and his sister is so happy.I promised I'd post a picture so here it is my 2 beautiful children and the most important things in my life.

    Thanks for reading guys!!

Alright, A moment that changed my life.
Well i was 12 and was an 8th grader in junior high. I played travel baseball because it was my passion, and it is what drove me to get through school. I was always the heavyset kid, but I had something I was legitimately good at, pitching. I am not trying to brag, but its going to sound like it. I basically have been pitching my whole baseball career starting in 2nd grade, I still remember throwing with my dad, working on locations and making sure I was hitting the catchers mitt with almost every throw. Anyways at age 12 I was playing travel baseball and we were at Nationals, one game away from going to the Little League World Series, and competing for the chance to be world champions. We were in the 5th inning up by one run but they had a man on and I was on the mound. At age 12 i threw 80mph, yah 80 no joke, I know anyone who reads this and knows anything about baseball is like, yah you're lying, but I am not, I was gunned countless times and hit 80 consistently. Well to make a decently long story short, it was a 0-1 count and I threw my fastball and I just felt my shoulder let go. I guess that serves me right for throwing that hard that young, but I tore my rotator cuff, not just one but three out of the four, on one pitch. Well it the pitch wasn't 80 anymore, it went to 55, he swung and missed; so 0-2 count. Everybody was screaming nice changeup, so I couldn't just ask to be replaced, and I was 12, I didn't fully understand what happened anyways. Well the next pitch was the same 55mph right down broadway, he belted it over the fence and they beat us 2-1. We lost our bid to the LLWS, and I lost my shoulder, almost literally. Well I later went to go get it checked out and it was confirmed that 3 of 4 rotator tendons were torn, had to get surgery to repair them, they said I wouldn't pick up a baseball for at least 6 months. I was 12 at the time, baseball was my life, I was devistated. I felt that everything I worked for was taken away with one pitch. To make this story wrap up, I did all the physical therapy necessary to get working use of my arm again. Tried to throw again, 65mph, and this was a year later. My parents asked if I still wanted to play, Hell Yah I did. This story does have a happy ending though. I took pitching lessons from a coach and last summer threw 89mph. I know this seems small time compared to other life changing events, but this was big in my young life, currently 19. I have found a new love as well, ultimate frisbee, if anyone wants to know its only THE greatest sport nobodys ever heard of :)

I wouldn't call it a moment - more of a slow change. During my youth, when I started entering my teenage year, I started thinking about things I never would've before, kind of like a philosopher. I guess it happens to many of us (I think...) but I found that I looked and perceived the world very differently. I can't say it was the best change of my life, but it came pretty close to the biggest.

I hardly speak about the moment that changed my life forever. All began at Februar 6th 2009.Me and my friends were fans of motorcycles, and as a result we all had one.We liked speed and we made races all the time, either to see who is faster or to impress girls. That afternoon we decided to go at a club located near the sea.We had to cross a mountain which had many sudden turns and lots of abrupt cliffs. Finally we reached our destination and we had a crazy night. We were a bit drunk and we decided to go back home.We left with our bikes being drunk (how stupid were we). While on the mountain John(my best friend) challenged me and I accepted. While taking a turn, suddenly a car appeared and we both lost control of our bikes. We fell in a cliff and the pain I felt was so intense and I faint. The next thing I remember is waking up in a hospital with my legs broken.Around me was my family and some of my friends. They explained me what happened and I looked around for John.He wasn't there.I asked them where is he but none answered me.I asked again and one of my friends told me that he hit his head very bad.He passed away the other morning.I couldn't believe that.I didn't care about my condition I only wanted to wake up and see John standing right next to me....I still want it.I couldn't walk for five months but I received as a lesson for my stupidity.I took a hard lesson,by losing my best friend.I never touched a bike since then. What I learned is that I must take some things seriously and I want to advice you the same.John you will be my best friend forever.I speak to you about that because I consider you my friends too.Rest in peace my friend......

Sorry, I do not want to talk about that in full, I really said this to only one person in my whole life but... Let's say, I really used to hate people, and also hated myself to a bit. Ironic, sarcastic moron, really loving only when other people around hated me. It was my way of life, and i understand it, and still got temptation to get it back... The moment that changed my life yet can't be specified, but it was when I got deeper into electronic music, and discovered that being nice to other is the real way to go. That it is the REAL way to evolve, and the only way the world is gonna become better place. Not by negative judging and swearing how everything is fucked, but by not telling, just showing people that there is also positive way to live, that rewards your life in many ways. That was the most important moment in my life, that led to complete change of my personality and values, and even tho I'm not even few steps that way, I now now which way to follow. That is it.

What I also want to say is that I am very thankful for all your stories, it is really amazing reading.
