Thread: Roswell & Area 51: Will We Ever Know The Truth?

The universe is limitless, and, when you take in account it's size and timelessness, it's kind of hard to wrap your mind around that. It would be foolish to say that there is no life in the universe except on Earth, just because we didn't experience any contact with any of them.

I believe what Wretch is saying makes sense. We're not alone, it would be ignorant to think otherwise. They might not be human, or have any biological relation to them. But life somewhere else has to be built up from the same basic chemical bits'n'bytes we use here on earth. But in the end, I don't believe the US people caught one, or even more than one. Where is the first Russian alien, or Chinese alien, if they're so easy to catch ? Why all the secrecy if you've obviously struck gold in terms of discovering the universe. If you stop a moment and think about what era these people were living in when they announced the alien: the Cold War. That should tell us enough.

I believe there might be the very real possibility of life beyond our planet. I don't believe the US has ever encountered one for real, but that they made it look like that for other reasons.

Just looking at the law of probability it's nearly *impossible* that there is no other humanoid species in the universe other than those on our planet.

They may not have the same ability to think or use tools, they could be ape-like in nature, still very reminiscent of the caveman era, but they are out there somewhere.

Do I think any of these species have ever developed such incredible technology, that they were able to develop a spaceship that could bring them to our planet, and then with all that technology just happen to get captured by cold war era USA Military? Not for a second.

If one does believe that humans are not the only species to live in the universe, it would be absolutely absurd to say there are not other species that are more technologically advanced than humans. For all we know we could simply not be ready to learn about something that is so much further ahead of our time/technology/understanding.

Totally agree. There must be another life forms in the universe. But why are you so sure they are going to be humanoids. The life elsewhere can be even not carbon based but silicon based. Silicon has a lot of chemical similarities with carbon.

About Area 51... I don't believe that. If that place trully existed we wouldn't even know about it. The goverment just can't allow a leek in information of this caliber. Everything that is happening around us is happening for some reason and Area 51 may be another way of manipulation.

Im a little confused about this statement. ,Area 51 is a map reference for the Groom Lake Air Force base in Nevada and yes its a fact that it does exist,you can even see it on google earth. It is a research establishment at which new technologies and aircraft are tested. What we are questioning here is whats actually inside area 51,what goes on there is another question,do they hold any other life forms there from the universe or evidence of ufo's etc. Maybe its easy to start rumors about area 51 because of the very strict security they have,people maybe using this to make up crazy stories. The problem is anybody that works there or has worked there is sworn to secrecy so we just can't get answers. I don't know if its true or not but i read that the president isn't even allowed access to area 51.

This is true, but to say they have visited us is an entirely different thing altogether. The universe is almost infinitely vast, unless these aliens have somehow come up with some kind of hyperspace technology (the work of sci-fi) it's pretty easy to say extra-terrestrial life has most likely not visited us. Even at light speed from one of our closest planetary systems it would take hundreds of years to get here and for all we know, faster than light travel is not possible as when you reach near light speeds mass becomes infinite.

I have always considered Nellis air force base as just an RnD testing facility for experimental aircraft, I'm pretty sure they developed most of the stealth aircraft and the SR-71 blackbird there. Anything else is just disinformation and conspiracy theory.
