To add to that, it bothers me that aside from sopa and pipa, acta appears to be more serious, yet it isn't quite as publicized as sopa and pipa.



The truth of the matter is that the gov't(s) are addicted to control; over the course of time they get more and more of it.

And yes, they have a lot cards they like to play; their games nowadays have been very predictable. As stated above, perhaps they are playing the wait game but I have no doubt they'll be playing more cards; these people are very good at getting what they want. I can't imagine the drastic amount of change this year is gonna have when its over.
