Lol well, there is two things that I have to point out here (Coming into the conversation late)

By reconstructing a body somewhere else in space, I think that pretty much tosses out the idea of a soul or whatever anyways. So saying that something is a clone would hold no value as it would be just as much of "you" as you ever were. I think a good reference to my point there is: Logistical scholars use the term "Persons identical to... " when referring to a specific person.

Also, another thing that could be considered teleportation is just very fast travel, so it could actually be your same molecules, just moved over somewhere else very quickly. I thinking still breaking down your parts of the body... but then rebuilding it with what was always your body when reaching your destination?
