This will work the same as with my last raffle, but I will have a program doing the drawing for me to save paper (recycling ftw).
To get in on the raffle, just post here, don't pm me. I will pm the winner.
The drawing will happen when:
a) I get home from school on Monday (Oct 5)
or
b) When I get 70 applicants.
Whichever happens first.
