well this is my first blog in and to begin with the difficulties i have had in my life

By profession i am a doctor, this in itself explains that i bare the burden of the living and dead.

BUT by far the most difficult time that i had in this 13 years long career of becoming and practicing as a doctor was,

I was a final year medical student and it was my 1st week in Trauma and Emergency ward .... theory is different from practical life.
