Have you ever had the feeling that your doing to much?

I Just finished working on more then 2 torrents at once and it through me for a loop I did not know where i left off so I had to start all over again.Now that I have left the thing for a bit to get my mind back right i can say i'm only doing one at a time.
Maybe I learn my lesson or maybe I'm just getting old well that's my rant for the day and if you have ever done this let me know what it was so i can look out for signs. ...
