Just arrive at home but nobody in the house. Its little weird because everytime i back from school, its always at least one people at home.

First of all i need to say, that the staff from usermanaged.nl always replay to tickets within 2hrs during business hours in The Netherlands.
Outside business hours it can take a little longer but no more the 6 hours.

Our average reply time is about 30 minutes though (but we can't guarantee that)

Having said that, there are few things i need to say having read a lot of complaints from customers using fellow seedbox providers. (no complaints about us yet)

Ok, so having been in the "torrenting world" since 2004 and been on almost all decent trackers, i've got to know it quite well.

We all start off signing up to torrent sites with the same common goal. Wanting easier access to a better range of torrents at quicker speeds. However, for many people (especially here at T-I), somewhere along the way, the message gets lost and they end up wanting more trackers due to their 1337less. People seem to forget about content and speed, ...

When I first got into torrents it was for the purpose of getting videos that would other wise be to hard for me to get.

After a short while I found that open trackers didn't really suit my needs. So I joined a semi-private tracker. It was my first time that I have ever joined a site where seeding mattered. I didn't grasp this concept in time and quickly found my self struggling to get my ratio up.
Shortly after the site I had joined went down and disappeared.
