Fun Weekend + Monday WOTD
So Had a great weekend I spent all sunday out on a 50 cal range and emptied about 4800 rounds. Always good fun. Saturday and Sunday are my rest days so not alot going on, though I did help a friend with his run on his pt test saturday as his pacer. Also here is a pic of my truck after expending some rounds sunday.
Ok for Monday this is all about endurance today.
1 hour run/jog (no walking!)
also extra if running on track.
2 Laps with sprints on straights jog on corners
So the workout for today is pretty easy its all about keeping a good pace and not stopping. Also the extra part is for if your running on a track of some sorts. You dont have to its just I will be so this is my added stuff. You can do this workout around your neighborhood or even a treadmill.
Tomorrow is a lifting day so get ready for some muscle failure.
