Alright,I went to all the T-I's reviews to find out the requirements to advance in user classes for various trackers.User classes are also included and at some reviews are the only information available.Here we go:

Member: Been here for at least 2 weeks, has uploaded at least 40GB.
Power User: Been here at least 4 weeks, has uploaded at least 5 torrents, has snatched at least 5 torrents and has 110GB uploaded. Has access to PU forum and can access notifications.
Extreme User: Been here at least 6 weeks, has uploaded at least 250GB, 20 torrents uploaded and 20 torrents downloaded. Has access to the Extreme User forum.
Elite: Been here at least 10 weeks, has uploaded at least 500GB, has uploaded at least 50 torrents and has snatched at least 40 torrents. Has access to the Elite forum and Top 10 filters.
Guru: Been here at least 16 weeks, has uploaded at least 1TB, uploaded 200 torrents and snatched 80 torrents. Has access to the Guru forum and a Custom Title. Is considered a God of BTN and the highest user level a normal user can attain automatically.
Torrent Celebrity: Staff at other respected trackers.
Elite VIP: Chosen only at SYSOP discretion. A user who goes far above and beyond normal activity for the growth and prosperity of BTN and it's users. The lucky few.
Legend: Former staff of BTN who has stepped down for whatever reason. We miss you
Uploader: Users with fast connections who constantly provide quality material to BTN.
Moderator: You don't ask us, we ask you!
Coder: You must talk to the lead developer deadmoo about this.
Admin: Moderators with a 4-year degree.
Sysop: Yet to be defined, just ignore them.

What are the different user classes?
User The default class of new members.
Power User Can download DOX over 1MB and view NFO files.
Star Has donated money to TorrentBits.org .
VIP Same privileges as Power User and is considered an Elite Member of TorrentBits. Immune to automatic demotion.
Other Customised title.
Uploader Same as PU except with upload rights and immune to automatic demotion.
Moderator Can edit and delete any uploaded torrents. Can also moderate user comments and disable accounts.
Administrator Can do just about anything.
SysOp Redbeard (site owner).
How does this promotion thing work anyway?
Power User Must have been be a member for at least 4 weeks, have uploaded at least 25GB and have a ratio at or above 1.05.
The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that you will be automatically demoted from
this status if your ratio drops below 0.95 at any time.
Star Just donate, and send Fatal - the details.
VIP Must have been be a member for at least 54 weeks, have uploaded at least 100GB and have a ratio at or above 1.5. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 1.05 at any time.
EVIP Assigned by mods at their discretion to users they feel contribute something special to the site.
(Anyone begging for VIP status will be automatically disqualified.)
Other Conferred by mods at their discretion (not available to Users or Power Users).
Uploader Appointed by Admins/SysOp (see the 'Uploading' section for conditions).
Moderator You don't ask us, we'll ask you!

* Racing god - A member that has a GB difference of 10 TB (+) or more.

Star Just donate, and send autotron - and only autotron - the details.
VIP Assigned by staff at their discretion to users they feel contribute something special to the site.
(Anyone begging for VIP status will be automatically disqualified.)
SVIP Assigned by staff to those who are confirmed upper staff of other sites in the bt community
Other Conferred by mods at their discretion (not available to Users or Power Users).

New member is by default in the Members group and get downloading permission. However if he download more than 3 GB AND their UL/DL ratio falls below 0.3, he loses the ability to and may only seed and post new torrents (seeding his own seeds). He is relegated to the Low Ratio Members group.
If a Low Ratio Member uploads at least 1.5 GB, AND his UL/DL ratio increases to over 0.5, he will regain downloading permission again. He is then transferred back to the Members group and is allowed to download again.
Besides those 2 classes I know 2 more, DJs and admin.

Automatic promotion to User
Easiest way to become a user - cast "Noob->User" in energy interface. If you havent enough energy, you can charge it using donations.
Solution: seed more, read forum, do not PM staff with questions and begging for promotion (if u dont fulfill the qualifications) - every question was answered @ forum.

What are the different user classes?
Peasant-Users with a ratio below .50 & who downloaded more than 2 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. They will be able to seed/leech 5 torrents. If they don't fix their ratio after 2 weeks they will be automatically demoted to peasant and limited to 2 torrents max. Peasants will have 2 weeks to increase their ratio or their account will be deleted. Peasants can only download torrents that they have uploaded or have previously leeched.
User-The default class of new members. If you have downloaded less than a 2 GB you will only be able seed/leech 5 torrents at a time. After you have downloaded 2 GB and your ratio is above .5 you will be able to seed/leech 20 torrents at a time.
Power User-Will get access to the Log, Requests, 100 slots, and more.
Elite-will get bragging rights.

VIP-Has donated to keep x264.me alive and are immune to automatic demotion.
Similar privileges to Power User and is considered an Important member of x264, a Very important member. Immune to automatic demotion.
Other-Customised title for VIP/Donor+ or given at staff discretion.
Uploader-Being that all users are allowed to upload here, the Uploader class consists of users who have consistently proven to be an asset to the site and shown dedication to supplying quality releases.
