Default How to finish downloading a torrent that has no seeders

Many users have hit a problem sometimes for no apparent solution: torrent remained "stuck" and did not finish the download is for the tracker from which they took no longer peers who have 100% or even files or for the tracker is offline or the server is overloaded and no longer manages to create connections.

In these situations there hoping to be indexed the same release on other trackers and peers where there needed to complete a download.

A solution such as Google search or manual search on all public and private trackers which have an account and / or editing file torrent Announce adding new addresses.

The fastest result but you may get by using btReAnnouncer

The site is fairly easy to use. Upload file. Torrent search engine problem and will announce who display alternatives have the same release. Select a new primary address announcer that, click "reAnnounce", and then you can select from the list in May and other alternative addresses announce that you confirm everything by selecting 'reAnnounce. Complete with downloading. Torrent 'reannounced (download link will appear after you went through the steps described above). Open a new file and select the torrent client to download the same folder does not get started with all the torrent.

    Download 100% success!

I used to use ntreannouncer on public trackers and it worked quite well. I havn't tried it on private trackers and probably wouldn't be game to.

You can also improve your download chances by adding the following list of public trackers to your list of trackers in utorrent. (right click on torrent, click properties, paste in provided space under general tab)
This is basically all btreannouncer does for you anyways...

Does anyone know of way to do this with a private tracker? I'm downloading a file with no seeders and everyone is stuck on 90.8%. As it is a .rar file, it is completely useless until I get all of it.

It may work on a private tracker as well, but it may also get you banned because most of private trackers do not allow using multiple announces in their torrents.
The best you can do is ask for reseed.

if the file was from a public tracker, you could use the "reAnnounce" stuff...

but if the file was from a private tracker, the safest way is to request for a reseed. Messing with the torrents may get you in trouble. If requesting doesn't work, all you have to do is to download the file again from another tracker or another torrent with similar content.
