Ok in this guide I will describe how you can go to having 0 trackers, to being a member on almost every high level tracker without asking for invites. One thing to mention is that having a seedbox makes everything a lot easier, and for $15/month it is definitely worth the hassel of not having to worry about your ratios at all of your sites. It will save you a lot of time, for only 1-2 hours of paid work!
Step 1: Take the What.cd interview, see this tutorial here: http://www.torrent-invites.com/tutor...cd-invite.html
Step 2: Become a Power User at What.
To do this, go to www.what.cd/better.php, download a lossless torrent that hasn't been transcoded, transcode it to the three main transcodes (320, v0 and v2) and seed away! You are almost guaranteed to have at least one person download each torrent you upload, and if you have a slow connection just upload a lot of torrents! Or upload your own torrents, or wait for freeleech. Freeleech happens about once a month, usually on specific things (like staff picks, a certain type of music like FLAC, etc..)
Step 3: Enter the What.cd Power Users Invite Forum
This is the heaven of invite forums, you can literally get onto any torrent site this way. Some include:
SCC, GFT, MVids, BitMe, BitMeTV, PTN, x264, PTP, the list is endless there are about 150 trackers there.
Step 5: Now that you have almost every tracker possible, it is time to get the harder trackers:
BTMusic: In the Power User forums at What, invites are given to the top FLAC uploaders. I have heard that they are even easier to get if you are an Elite member.
E****: Once you get into BTMusic, you can apply to get into E
iTS: Join x264 or BitMe, become a power user at those sites and in the invite forums there is a recruitment thread.
BCG and TT: These trackers are harder to get, but if you are already on all of the above trackers and are involved in this community, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting in.
FTN: FTN is harder to get because there are no recruitment threads for it. The way I've heard of most people getting in, besides being invited on T-I (and unfortunately theres a long line of extremely qualified and deserving people) is by making friends with people on IRC. Now this is easier said then done, but I bet if you were dedicated and hung out on the SCC and P2P-Net.eu IRC channels you could meet the right people.
FSC: Is the same as FTN. Apply here or else meet people on IRC!
I hope this helped a few people, as you can see it all revolves around What.cd, but it does for a reason, because it works!!! Using T-I is great as well, I am just saying it is possible to do it as well without asking for invites (I've asked for a lot of invites here ;) )
As well, once you are a member of a lot of other sites, you can invite people here at T-I and build up your reputation so that you are a more trusted member, and people will be more willing to invite you to their trackers.
If anyone has any other suggestions about how to get into harder sites, post here! Enjoy!
